The most popular and loved smartphone brand, Xiaomi, is highly known for manufacturing the best affordable devices with the best possible features and advancements. At the same time, Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO is to launch its latest smartphone, the POCO X6 Pro, in India in early 2024.
POCO is preparing for the launch of its next addition, the POCO X6 Pro, in the Indian market. However, there is no such official confirmation from the brand regarding its launch date. Still, the popular online store Flipkart has already revealed the POCO X6 series micro website ahead of the official launch.
In the meantime, it’s noteworthy that the upcoming POCO X6 Pro is the rebranded version of the most recent launch, the Redmi K70e in China. However, the specifications of the forthcoming POCO X6 Pro are slightly tweaked as compared to the Redmi K70e smartphone. Nevertheless, leaving aside the charging speed of the POCO X6 Pro, all other features are the same as those of the Redmi K70e.
The upcoming POCO X6 Pro, being a mid-range smartphone, features great functionalities with all the flagship-level capabilities. The smartphone is equipped with the 4nm-based MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset for boosted and much better performance. Featuring two storage variants, namely, 8GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB, respectively, the POCO X6 Pro will come in UFS 4.0 storage type.
In terms of display, the POCO X6 Pro features a huge 6.67-inch OLED display panel with Dolby Vision support and 1800 nits peak brightness, offering a vibrant color quality with crisp details. Now comes the most important factor, the chipset. The POCO X6 Pro ships a new 4nm-based MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset, a massive 5,500mAh battery with 90W charging support, and is pre-installed with Xiaomi’s latest, HyperOS, which is based on Android 14.
With regards to the camera capabilities, the smartphone holds a triple rear camera setup with a 64 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultra wide camera, and a 2 MP macro sensor. On the front side, the smartphone has a 16MP selfie shooter for capturing stunning selfies. Other than that, other distinctive features include stereo speakers, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, a fingerprint sensor, a USB Type-C charging port, and more.
