Xiaomi 15 Pro may have a 6000 mAh battery, thickness and weight of the device have been leaked

Xiaomi may soon launch the Xiaomi 15 series in China, including two models: Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro. The series may use the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, which is expected to launch in October this year. Last week, a tipster leaked the battery size of the 15 Pro, and now the thickness and weight of the device have been leaked.

According to the leaks, the Xiaomi 15 Pro may use a high-density 6000 mAh silicon-carbon negative electrode battery, improving its battery performance. The device may also support 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. It will be 8.5 mm thick and weigh around 220 grams.

This suggests that the device size remains uncharged, and it may pack a larger battery while maintaining the same thickness. Additionally, the Xiaomi 15 Pro will feature a 6.74-inch OLED screen with micro-curvature. The device may also support 2K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.

The device may rely on HyperOS-based Android 15. The device may include a 50 MP Omnivision OV50K primary camera with f/1.4-f/2.5 variable aperture, a 50 MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50 MP Sony IMX8 series periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom. Moreover, the device may have IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
