From Shudhanshu Ambhore’s TwitterX account, we have come to know about the software of the Redmi Note 13 Series, which may be unveiled in India on January 4. Redmi Note 13 Pro, Pro Plus, etc, are being unveiled in China, though these variants are expected to come with similar specifications.
According to Suhanshu Ambore’s Twitter page, the Redmi Note 13 series was launched in China with Android 13 Os. Still, the upcoming Note 13 devices will come with MIUI 14-based Android 13 in India and other global markets. “All phones will get the 3 years of Android updates up to Android 16 and 4 years of security update. These phones will not receive Xiaomi HyperOS any time soon”.
Redmi Note 13 Series update means that it will keep getting new features for a long time and not become outdated because of three years of Android and four years of monthly security updates.
After its release in China, we can get an idea of its key specifications. Redmi Note 13 has a 6.67 inch 120 Hz AMOLED display and a 16 MP selfie camera with a triple rear camera. One has a 108 MP main camera, and the Pro and Pro Plus have a 108 MP main camera and 200 MP lens dimension 6050 processor and 5000 mAh battery with Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, and the Chipset is 7200.
