POCO recently held a launch event in which the POCO X6 series was launched. Both POCO X6 and X6 Pro are open for pre-booking on January 11, 2024, at 8 pm, whereas the sales start on. January 16, 2024, at 12 noon by Flipkart.
After the launch, we got a lot of information about the X6 series. It is similar to the Redmi Note 13 Pro in looks, while the best example of a big improvement compared to the POCO X5 launched last year is its Snapdragon 695.
Looking deeper at both smartphones, they have a 6.76-inch AMOLED display with 1220x 2712 resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, 1800 nits peak brightness, punch hole cutout, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The rear camera includes a 64 MP main camera with 2x zoom, OIS, 8 MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front is also a 16 MP selfie camera.
POCO X6 Pro boots HyperOS based on Android 14 and Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 Chipsets with 3 years of Android Updates and 4 Years of Security Updates in this series. However, it lessens with a 5000 mAh battery with 67 W charging, while X6 has a 5100 mAh battery with the same charging speed. The POCO X6 is available in Black, White and Blue colours, while the POCO X6 Pro is available in Black, Gray, and Yellow (signature) colour options.
POCO X6 price in the Indian market ranges from Rs 21,999 for 8+256 GB and Rs.24,999 for the 12+512 GB whereas POCO X6 Pro is priced at Rs 26,999 for 8+256 GB variant and Rs.28,999 for 12+512 GB Model while its price for international markets goes from $249 to $369.
