The Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro are the two smartphone models that Xiaomi debuted in China in October 2023. According to recent speculations, the only Xiaomi 14 variant that will be made available worldwide is the ordinary model. An official announcement is expected to be made during the 2024 Mobile World Congress.
The Xiaomi 14 global version has now obtained NBTC certification, suggesting a possible debut in Thailand. The device has appeared in the NBTC database with the model number 23127PN0CG. Specifications are not disclosed in the certification, although information regarding the Chinese version is available.
With Corning Glass Victus protection, the 6.36-inch 1.5K OLED LTPO display on the Xiaomi 14 (Chinese model) has an amazing peak brightness of 3000 nits and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, LPDDR5x RAM, and UFS 4.0 storage. By default, it runs Android 14-based HyperOS.
The Xiaomi 14 has a triple camera arrangement on its back: a 50 MP primary sensor with Light Hunter 900 OIS, a 50 MP JN1 ultrawide camera, and a second 50 MP telephoto JN1 camera. The smartphone has a 32 MP OV32B selfie camera on the front.
With a 4610 mAh battery, the device can be charged for 90W tethered via a USB 3.2 Gen 1 connector or 50W wirelessly.
