Poco launched its first tablet in India, which is Poco Pad 5G. This tab has already been launched in the Global Markets, but there have been no changes in the specifications of the Indian variant. The Poco Pad 5G and Redmi Pad Pro share a similar design.
These devices feature a metal unibody with a flat frame, dual-tone back panel, and two cameras. This device will be sold in the mid-range through Flipkart and is available in two configurations.
Poco Pad 5G Specifications And Feature
The device features a 12.1-inch screen for display, 2.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 600 nits peak brightness. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The tablet also features an 8MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera.
It relies on Android 14-based HyperOS. Under the hood, the tablet packs a 10,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The POCO Pad 5G can also deliver an immersive multimedia experience. It also supports quad speakers with Dolby Atmos and two microphones.
The POCO Pad 5G comes with a stylus and keyboard. It also features Xiaomi interconnectivity features such as viewing phone apps on the tablet, a cross-drive notes app, network sync, and more. The device supports Wi-Fi6, a USB-C port, Bluetooth, and GPS for connectivity. It comes in two color options: Pistachio Green and Cobalt Blue.
The tablet will be sold through Flipkart from August 27. It will include one year of Times Prime membership and six months of MS Office 365 for free. Consumers with SBI, HDFC, and ICICI bank cardholders will also get a discount of Rs.3000.
