Xiaomi 15 Pro’s battery and charging capacity have been revealed

DCS has revealed the battery and charging capabilities of the Xiaomi 15 Pro. The device has been in the news for a long time and is expected to have many great features. The first news is about the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. The phone will have a 5400 mAh battery supporting 100W charging for wired and wireless chargers.

Earlier, it was claimed that the Xiaomi 15 pro will have the option of 120W wired charging. However, the company has not confirmed any of this. The 5400 mAh battery in the device can make it thinner and lighter. Some previous leaks suggested that the display could also have a 2K resolution micro-curved panel with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for the biometrics.

A report had predicted a 6000 mAh battery in the Realme GT 7 Pro, but the Xiaomi 15 Pro’s high energy-density battery design will offer better efficiency. Although the battery capacity is less than that of some competitors, it has more energy density and can deliver longer backups.

At the same time, the camera setup will include three lenses: a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope lens with 3x optical zoom. The front camera is not clarified. The main camera is expected to use an OmniVision OV50K sensor with TheiaCel technology for better low-light performance and dynamic range. There may be a slight change in the camera island as well.

There are rumours that Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 will be used for the chip, which may also increase the phone’s price. However, the company has not yet made any specific comment about the cost of the Xiaomi 15 Pro. However, the company will reveal other things about the device before the launch.
