The most popular Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Xiaomi, is all set to add another device to its Redmi edition, the latest, Redmi 13C 5G, in India.
Meanwhile, Xiaomi has scheduled to reveal the Redmi 13C 5G in the Indian Market on December 6, witnessing the great success of the previous model, the Redmi 12C, which was launched a few months ago.
It’s been official that the Redmi 13C 5G smartphone is going to make its debut in India, which is probably the first ever smartphone within the brand’s C series to arrive with 5G support.
However, Xiaomi has made it official that the smartphone is going to feature a powerful 5G processor, the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset, and a 50MP AI camera, and will sport two stunning color variants, namely, Stardust Black and Star Shine Green, respectively.
As there’s no such official information about other specifications of Redmi’s upcoming smartphone, the Redmi 13C 5G, we can only assume what we can expect from this 5G smartphone.
Redmi 13C 5G: Expected Specifications & Features
Display
According to several sources and following their leaked information, the Redmi 13C 5G is expected to feature a 6.74-inch HD+ display with a display resolution of about 1600 x 720 pixels, along with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It might have a peak brightness of about 450 nits.
Processor
Although, Xiaomi has made it official that its latest 5G smartphone is going to feature a powerful and energy-efficient 5G processor, the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset, for smooth and enhanced multitasking.
Colors
Along with its processor, Xiaomi has also revealed that the Redmi 13C 5G will feature two stunning colors, which are going to come in an attractive Star Shine Design; the colors are:
- Stardust Black
- And Star Shine Green
Storage Variants
It’s expected that the Redmi 13C 5G will be available in three storage variants:
- 4GB RAM with 128GB internal storage
- 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage
- And 8GB RAM with 256GB internal storage.
Software
It’s expected that Xiaomi could launch the Redmi 13C 5G, which is going to run on Xiaomi’s custom Android skin MIUI 14, which is going to be based on Android 13.
Pricing details
As per the prices of the Nigerian model, the base variant of the Redmi 13C 5G with 4GB RAM variant will be priced at Rs. 10,000, while the higher 8GB RAM variant will cost you around Rs. 11,000, respectively.
